I have anxiety problems, take Lexapro and xanax like im supposed to, I have to go back 2 work tomorrow?
I haven't worked either jobs for the past month while ive been getting treatment for anxiety attacks/panic disorder. I've been taking my meds right on time, just like im supposed to and have been feeling better as of late.
I have to go back to both of my jobs tomorrow and im scared about it and now THAT is making my anxiety act up again. I don't want to have an anxiety attack or something while at work, any suggestions?
If you decide to go to your jobs tomorrow, (you DO have a choice, you know) just try to remain as calm as you possibly can. Breathe deeply; everything will be okay.
