<b>Is it normal for a 15 year old girl to feel like this?</b><br />

<p>i am a  15 year old girl and get very stressed and then sometimes cry for no reason, shout and people, get angry and grab people begging them for stuff (e.g telling them that somethings wrong and i need help), i punch walls and things, take stuff out on my bf because he tells me to now he wants me to be carmer, yesterday cried for 5 hours non stop becuase of school, friends, family and everyday stuff. I like helping out with my friends  problems (one of my friends was in a rape incident i got her to tell police and now things are ok)<br />
i have self harmed once before but i dont do cutting now because i know how bad it is but i ripped lots of hair out yesterday. I have started my period again after 3 months of missing it which i find a relief.<br />
Could this be hormones? Could it be depression or PMS?<br />
Does anyone have any relaxing techniques? I do find it relaxing to rip up paper and throw it ?<br />

<p>Well, it sounds like anxiety? I believe. Luckily, part of taming anxiety caused worries is relaxation.<br />
Tips that I have got from my doctors:<br />
Painting<br />
Thinking about a happy place (mine was in the bottom of my parents walk in shower with the water running, very calming.)<br />
Singing<br />
Sleeping<br />
Listening to music or the radio<br />
Having a shower<br />
Thinking about happy THOUGHTS!<br />
Write down on pieces of paper the EXACT opposite you are thinking.</p>
