There are a number of techniques you can practice that provide instant stress relief. It is important to research and test different methods to find what works the best for you. Everyone reacts differently to stress so everyone will react differently to stress relief techniques.
Perhaps the oldest and most time tested method of instant stress relief is Yoga. The primary aim of Yoga is to calm the body and mind and to improve overall health. It relieves tension and helps to decrease negative thinking. There are many different types of yoga, do some research to find will work best for you.

You need to create a positive environment around you to help filter out the negativity. Happiness is like a muscle, the more you exercise it the stronger it gets. Make a list of the things that make you happy. Make it a point to focus on the things that you have and are grateful for.
Most of the time people neglect to take deep breaths. Taking shallow breaths can actually increase tension. Inhaling deeply into your lungs releases toxins and relaxes your muscles. Getting more oxygen into the body and releasing physical tension are effective ways to achieve instant stress relief.
Progressive Muscle Relaxation is a process by which you tense and relax your muscles in specific groups. This can be performed at work, at home or in the car. It's a skill you must develop but it can help you feel calmer and also help you handle complex and stressful situations.

Is it normal for a 15 year old girl to feel like this?

i am a 15 year old girl and get very stressed and then sometimes cry for no reason, shout and people, get angry and grab people begging them for stuff (e.g telling them that somethings wrong and i need help), i punch walls and things, take stuff out on my bf because he tells me to now he wants me to be carmer, yesterday cried for 5 hours non stop becuase of school, friends, family and everyday stuff. I like helping out with my friends problems (one of my friends was in a rape incident i got her to tell police and now things are ok)
i have self harmed once before but i dont do cutting now because i know how bad it is but i ripped lots of hair out yesterday. I have started my period again after 3 months of missing it which i find a relief.
Could this be hormones? Could it be depression or PMS?
Does anyone have any relaxing techniques? I do find it relaxing to rip up paper and throw it ?

Well, it sounds like anxiety? I believe. Luckily, part of taming anxiety caused worries is relaxation.
Tips that I have got from my doctors:
Painting
Thinking about a happy place (mine was in the bottom of my parents walk in shower with the water running, very calming.)
Singing
Sleeping
Listening to music or the radio
Having a shower
Thinking about happy THOUGHTS!
Write down on pieces of paper the EXACT opposite you are thinking.
