Is this fatigue only or heat problem?
A couple of days ago (and another day or two before that) I was working on my garden, setting it up for the summer. I was in the sun for five hours, and noticed that I wasn't sweating. I thought it was fatigue from the end of my monthly cycle, but noticed a few symptoms that lasted for several hours:
Difficulty breathing, hot, but not sweaty skin; extreme lightheadedness
and irritability, inability to cool down, profound tiredness,
and mood changes (depression, anger). I felt very strange, as if I was in another world. I had no clue but told my husband that something was wrong.
I thought I was just tired. Are these symptoms just fatigue related?
I am not an elderly person.
I'm on the third day. I feel profoundly fatigued and have some difficulty walking steadily (wobbly legs). I still feel hot and have a small fever. There is dizziness when I stand or walk.
I had to sit down all day because of the fatigue.
It sounds like you just had a bit of heat stroke. If you still feel this way after not being in the sun i would ask your doctor. Make sure you stay hydrated and try wearing a hat from now on.
