The four ways to build self confidence and overcome social anxiety
Social anxiety is normal. We all have a degree of social anxiety at different stages of our lives. This is important to take into account, because if such feelings of fear or inadequacy Social are commonplace, it also follows that such things can not be "cured", but only controlled.
Overcoming this condition you need to focus on four methods:
1) Change the way you think

4) Building confidence
Building confidence is the main objective that will provide a solid foundation for all self-improvement.
One way to do is remember "Nothings works as well as success. " While attempting to build trust it is useful to participate in activities in which it is easier to succeed. By example involved a local community project. Collaborate with others to facilitate communication and a way can contribute as part of a group. This is unthreatening that your energies are projected outward and away from you.
