Could this be the start of postpartum depression?
I am 20 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I have been feeling really low lately and little things are really bothering me more than they should. For example, my fiance went a bought another dog yesterday (we already have a year old Yorkie/Bichon) and I was really excited about it. But then after having the dog for a few hours my fiance started getting really worried that he wouldn't be able to take care fo the dog like he wanted (my fiance is home most of the day). I completely understood and we took the dog back. I was already really attached to the little guy and now have been really upset since. I realize that this is silly but I can't shake this upset/ depressed feeling. Could this be the start of postpartum (I have heard that it can start before the baby is born) or is it just those pesky hormones? Is anyone else having the same experience?
