Any ideas to help with Breathing?
Ok, I am now 30 weeks pregnant and I've already had breathing problems (I have partially paralyzed lung) before I got pregnant...now I know it is common for it to be hard to breath when pregnant as this is my second child but what I am wondering....I feel like I can't breath and it sends me into panic attacks which if any of you have had a panic attack knows that it doesn't help the breathing much...My question...does anyone know any breathing exercises (yoga, personal...etc) that may help cut back on my panic attacks?
lol i wish i knew i ahd the same problem when pregnant.. laying down i couldnt breathe walking i couldnt breathe..they say lift your hand up over your head when your having trouble and going into a panic attack it may help.
