Panic attack or lack of sleep?
While such attacks since I was in shock and just yesterday I was crazy. I sat in the living room and start I was like a light head and I'll send out walking. Shortness of breath and can sleep good i havnt seen me a month and year of age. Second favorite was singing at night. And I cannot sleep much at night. So i dont know how lack of sleep can lead to strong light and make my I get panic attacks or not. Occurs when dont u have enough sleep what What kind of symptoms? thankkz guys thankz for ur guys u answer helpful made me feel better.
