Do I have an anxiety disorder?
I am 12 years old. My mom had a history of panic attacks and my 19 year old sister has panic attacks also. During stressful situations or situations where I get very excited or even social situations. Suddenly my hands get very clammy, my stomach hurts, and sometimes I get nauseus. I get very sweaty and for some reason I unmeaningly hold my breath. I am having one this very second. I have had these "episodes" since I was 8. They went away for only a year.. maybe a year and a half.. Do I have Genral Anxiety Disorder?
