For those feeling a little down and even depressed....do you think this is a helpful idea?

I was feeling a little down this morning thinking about my upcoming workload at the job and having to clean up this very messy house and my waking up after hours therefore getting a late start.

Well I had to eat something before I started my day and drove off and bought a salad of mostly spinach with bread crumbs and a little chicken meat about 4 tiny cubes worth....and lowfat dressing. Well I ate it and really felt much better and happier.

I remembered also last week having spinach and feeling so much better....I thought that there must be a link to spinach and moods....a read a long time ago that there was but forgot it soon thereafter.
