Depression and anxiety help? anyone out there that feels this way?
I have depression and anxiety. im one of those ppl that tries to ignore it and go on with life. i have pts. im in my twenties. im worried that if i dont take care of myself that i will have a nervous breakdown or something! Example: i have problems with driving far places... but i will do it even if im feeling panicky. Is this a good idea? What can i do to help myself with depression, anxiety, and low self esteem? I dont want to end up not working and l being alone in an apartment like my mom! help.
I went to a psychiatrist for an evaluation and am on medication. I also have attended therapy. These two combinations are good. I do other things like Church, talk to trusted friends, volunteer work too
